Summer is fast approaching and it seems so are the latest trends. Out with tights and heavy wool, hello bright yellows and breezy khakis. These are only a few, but some of my favourite trends that I've definitely been seeing more lately.
1. Safari - Khakis are a great jean alternative and when paired with fun accessories and prints, it can make a really chic statement.
2. Yellow - A continuing trend from Spring, yellow jackets, shorts, dresses, and more are seen all over the fashion runway and commercial retail stores. Matches perfectly with the sunshine
3. Statement rings - Bold jewelry has been big for a long standing time, and these rings are a real conversational starter.
4. Gladiator sandals - exotic and work well with mini dresses and shorts; not to mention comfortable :) Wanna dress it up? Try a metallic gold pair
5. Wayfarers - these retro sunglasses have been spotted and copied from the original Ray-ban design all over the fashion magazines. Fashion icons like Kate Moss and young celebrities such as Nicole Richie & Micha Barton have kept this trend alive into the summer season.
