Spotted

I adore this outfit from Forever21, except for the fact my favourite aspect of the look (the grey skirt) isn't noted on their breakdown of the outfit. Felt a bit frustrated by that, although I did find the skirt (or something really similar) in their online store.

Although I was disappointed to find out it is not available in grey. Is it just me or do a lot of forever21's photos on their website feature items that are not even sold in the store?
Well, if anyone knows a place where I can find one similar to this one let me know! I quite like it so.
