One of my favourite designer lines would definitely be Proenza Schouler. Founded by Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough; it is youthful with some mod elements. My favourite aspect though is the minimalism that is fairly typical of PS. These are just a couple of my favourite pieces from various collections (I especially loved the Spring 2008 collection as you can tell)
